1. More People Volunteering for Social Causes

With how the world needs more helping hands especially in India where a lot of people are hungry, go for activities wherein it involves helping in whatever way to alleviate the problem. No matter how you volunteer for a cause, it will be appreciated.
2. Clean Politics

Politics has managed to earn a very bad name and if 2015 becomes the year when politicians play by the book, then it would be a delight for the voters and the citizens of the country.
3. Being Healthy and Fit

The fitness craze has taken the country by storm and the trend would only escalate to newer heights in 2015. Taking care of one’s self by eating healthy food and indulging in activities that will keep high blood pressure at bay are a welcome treat in 2015. Green and leafy vegetables should be taken in almost every meal to balance the spices in the main dishes served every day. Daily exercises that include cardio and toning the muscles will definitely put your body in shape.
4. A new time zone for the North-Eastern Region

India has kept the same time zone for the whole country despite the fact that the North-Eastern zone experiences daylight earlier and dusk earlier as well. If the Indian government sanctions a new time zone for the Northeastern zone, then people can save a lot of money in electrical charges.
5. Family is King

The most important thing to have is a loving family, beside you. And the best part is that more and more people are realizing the virtues of family. Enjoy every minute with them and make sure you set aside some time for recreation with your spouse especially the children. Take trips even small ones locally. Frequent trips to the park or your favorite mall or to the grocery are already time well spent with your family.
6. More Female-Oriented Movies

2014 started with a bang for the female-oriented movies in Bollywood with “Mary Kom” and “Mardaani”. And we sincerely hope that the trend continues in 2015 as well.
7. Salman Khan Getting Married

The eternal bachelor of Bollywood has been single for too long now. Lets hope in 2015, wedding bells ring for the star and he settles down with his lady love, so that he doesn't have to lie anymore on Karan’s show!
8. Delhi-NCR becoming more safe for women

The last few years have just retaliated the fact that Delhi-NCR is one of the most unsafe regions for women. It would be a landmark step for the female population of this country if in 2015, steps are taken to make the national capital as safe as possible for women. It is a daunting task but it is not impossible!
9. Peace on the Indo-Pak Border

Since Independence, there has been constant fighting along the border, which has escalated the tensions of both the countries. Let us hope that in 2015, both India and Pakistan can find a peaceful and amicable solution to the problem and the mindless blood-shedding can stop for once and for all.
10. Self Improvement

People are very savvy these days and they are flocking to self-improvement classes and courses in order to make themselves better human beings.Soft skills and self-help courses are all set to roost in 2015 and lets hope that they help to give rise to a generation, who is mature and at peace with themselves.
